I have some good news for you /o/ I think you can claim your rekka mastery.. but read here (http://community.livejournal.com/tcg_exchange/3299.html?thread=5521123#t5521123) just in case to see if it applies 8D;; I'm not really sure since it's not first mastery..

I might as well give it a shot. Probably the worst they can do is say I have to wait for the card since it isn't first mastery.
